JEAKUE tiltable lift table is equipped with a tilting unit, angle from 45 to 90 degrees. This function is mainly used in the working condition which requires a special placement or interface for workpiece, making your work more humane.
JEAKUE tiltable lift table can control product distribution during delivering, it also functions at products’ working position. Products can be placed on pallets, crates or other boxes. In order not to influence the flexibility of lift table, power should be placed in the external of tiltable lift table.
Generally, tiltable lift table can be customized, including load capacity, load distribution, load height, tiltable angle, which side tilting pivot should be placed and so on.
Structure of this lift table includes two parts:
1. Mechanical part: designed and processed based on uneven load;
2. Hydraulic parts: due to the load barycentre is located outside of the fulcrum, which requires the double-acting cylinders pull back the load.
